The Wake is taken from Premier Lake, in the Selkirk chain of the Rocky Mountains near Kimberley, BC where I spent my early years. It was selected in the 1994 Regional Juried Art Show and for the BC Images and Objects art exhibition, The Wake was also featured on the front page of Sept. 1997 Parkhurst Exchange, Canadian medical magazine.
